Photographed "Water Bloom" in the summer of 2017 at Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania.
I concentrated on the composition to make sure the reflection was part of this image. I used a faster shutter speed and a tripod since there was a small breeze that day.
This image placed 1st place in the October Assigned Pictorial macro competition at the Coastal Camera Club meeting. This image was awarded "People's Choice Print of the Year 2018" from the membership of the Coastal Camera Club in Delaware. This image was also selected to hang in the Beebe Specialty Surgical Hospital in 2022.
