Red #1 metal print by Robert Pilkington. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

To get the most vibrant look, I would go for the metal print. Canvas is great also but the ink will slightly saturate the material giving it a more artsy type of look. Also, when I print my own smaller prints, I favor a good quality luster paper. One other thing about lighting. To eliminate any kind of glare from sunlight or other light sources, the canvas does the best job. I had to switch out a print in our living room with canvas because of the glare.

Robert, I'm trying to decide whether to order this as a canvas print or a metal print. I want to do a 48 x 36. It will go on the wall above my bed. I want it to be as vibrant as it looks here. Which medium do you think will give me the results I'm looking for? It is so beautiful! Thanks, Susan
